fix: Sentry jen s error monitoringem (bez Sentry Logs)

Naše self-hosted instance nemá zapnuté Sentry Logs — console.error/warn
se nově hlásí jako eventy (captureConsoleIntegration), console.log se
k chybám přikládá jako breadcrumbs.
